The PSU Vocal Collective presents their winter concert, "Cidade a Cantar," which means "The City Sings" in Portuguese. This Jazz Area ensemble features eight treble voices with rhythm section, and will perform music by Brazilian composer Chico Buarque, Elton John, Saje, and more.
