About Johna Bradley Smith, violin

Johna Smith joined the Nashville Symphony's Second Violin section in the fall of 2019. She has performed frequently with the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, participating in the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra's Tour of Asia in 2017 and the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra's Kennedy Center concert in 2018.

About Daniel Reinker, viola

Daniel Reinker joined the Nashville Symphony as principal viola in 2002. He also is a member of the faculty at Vanderbilt University’s Blair School of Music. He has served as associate principal viola with the San Antonio Symphony and principal viola with the Ohio Chamber.

About Sari De Leon-Reist, cello

Sari De Leon-Reist performs regularly with some of Nashville’s finest musicians and ensembles on stage and in the recording studio. She is Principal cellist of the Nashville Opera Orchestra, and is a regular substitute for the Nashville Symphony. She was Artistic Director of the Grammy-nominated Alias Chamber Ensemble from 2018-2022.

About Anna Lisa Hoepfinger, violin

First Violinist Anna Lisa Hoepfinger's tenure with the Nashville Symphony began in April 2002. Previously, she was a member of the New World Symphony and Orquestra Sinfonica do Estado de Sao Paulo. Anna Lisa holds a bachelor's degree in performance and music education from the Oberlin Conservatory; a master’s degree in music from the University of Michigan; and an orchestral studies diploma from Roosevelt University’s College of Performing Arts.
