Belmont Opera is proud to present the beloved comic operetta The Merry Widow! Franz Lehár's musical masterpiece centers on the story of Hannah, a wealthy widow whose fortune just might save her native home, if she agrees to marry the handsome count Danilo. But Hannah has a tumultuous history with the count, and there are many twists and turns on the road to falling in love again! Join us this spring to enjoy this hopeful tale of a woman's quest for love, and watch as romance is riddled with comic mishap, intrigue, and even a few dance numbers!
