KSU Presents: An Evening with Composer David Biedenbender

(Examiner.com) ArtsKSU proudly presents an evening of music by award-winning composer David Biedenbender performed by the KSU Wind Ensemble—under the direction of David T. Kehler—and the KSU Wind Symphony, under the direction of Daniel Lee. Biedenbender has written music for the concert stage, as well as for dance and multimedia collaborations, and his work is often influenced by his diverse musical experiences in wind, brass, rock and jazz bands, and by his study of Indian Carnatic music.
