About Alexander Pavlovsky, violin

First violinist of the internationally acclaimed Jerusalem String Quartet, Alexander Pavlovsky has established his reputation as a highly accomplished chamber musician and soloist.

He has performed as soloist with many orchestras, including the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, the Kiev Chamber Orchestra and the Israel Camerata, under the direction of David Shallon, Lawrence Foster, Asher Fish, Roman Kofman, Avner Biron and Mendi Rodan. In 2004 he founded the Duo Montefiore together with the pianist Ella Pavlovsky and appears regularly in recitals in Israel and Europe.

About Sergei Bresler, violin

Sergei Bresler was born in Ukraine in 1978 and started to play violin in age of 5 with prof. A. Leschinsky. In age of 12 gave his first recital and in the same year played with Kharkov Symphony orchestra Wienyavsky Violin concerto No 2.

In 1991 immigrated to Israel were he continued his studies in the Jerusalem Rubin Music Conservatory with prof. M. Liberman. From 1991 has been a recipient of the America-Israel Culture Foundation scholarships.

About Ori Kam, viola

Hailed by The New York Times as "an attractive, engaging presence on stage," violist Ori Kam has performed as soloist on some of the world's premier stages. After his debut at the age of 16 with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Zubin Mehta, he was immediately re-engaged. Since then, he has performed with virtually every orchestra in Israel, the National Symphony at the in Washington DC, the New Jersey Symphony, the Bronxville Symphony, the Manhattan Philharmonia, and Sinfonia Varsovia.

About Kyril Zlotnikov, cello

Born in Minsk, Belarus to a family of professional musicians, Kyril Zlotnikov began his studies at the Belarusian State Music Academy with Prof. Vladimir Perlin. He continued his studies in Israel with Prof. Uzi Wiesel and Hillel Zori, completing his musical education under the direction of Prof. Michael Khomitzer in Jerusalem Rubin Academy of Music and Dance.
