Artichoke Music: Harp Circle w/ Tracey Rose Brown

Please come join Harps at Artichoke Music Circle. Harp players are encouraged to share a tune or play along. Suggested book is Kim Robertson's Celtic Harp Solos. Open to all levels of players and listeners welcome, too.

This will be primarily held in the Cafe but some months we may have to move it upstairs in the front classroom. Location will be clearly indicated each month.

ACM is a non-profit organization dedicated to building community by creating an environment that preserves and enriches the rich folk music tradition.

Folk music is defined as the music of the people that has traditionally been passed along through oral history and linked with mainly acoustical instruments. It is the style of music often associated with Americana. The community we serve represents a broad spectrum of the metropolitan Portland/Vancouver population.
