Middle Tennessee Sinfonietta – Light: A Light Show with Live Orchestra

Join the Middle Tennessee Sinfonietta for "Light" on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at 3pm at MTSU School of Music's Hinton Hall, featuring a light show with live orchestra alongside the rarely performed Church Windows by Ottorino Respighi. Lighting will be designed and provided by local company Jag Warner Productions. This concert will also feature the world premieres of the three winning compositions from our 2024 Composition Competition.
Admission is free and open to the public, with a suggested donation of $10. This concert is sponsored in part by the Rutherford County Convention and Visitors Bureau and Middle Tennessee Electric.
About Middle Tennessee Sinfonietta
The Middle Tennessee Sinfonietta (MTS) is a volunteer orchestra that brings musical and artistic experiences to our local communities. Our current music director, Jeffrey Keever, founded MTS in January 2021. The mission of MTS is to provide musical and artistic awareness through performance, outreach, and collaboration.
