Tom Boram AKA Borax – Past Concerts

Tom Boram aka Borax is a Baltimore native, musician and multimedia artist. His music is focused on improvisations on modular synth and harpsichord. He has been working over the past 20 years on making the stubborn modular synthesizer into an expressive performance instrument, capable of the dynamics and gestures of acoustic horns, strings or drums. He uses his all-analogue self-built instrument to make colorful and often humorous sounds that evoke wild animals, machines, and sci-fi nightmares.
